A visually impaired accessibility consultant with a background in software engineering, Mohamed brings lived experience and deep technical knowledge. With experience at LG, HTC, and Procter & Gamble, he specializes in assistive technology, screen reader training (JAWS/NVDA), and digital accessibility testing. He believes “true vision comes from within” and is passionate about enabling people of determination through inclusive tech solutions.
Mohamed has built a diverse and impactful career across several global and regional organizations. At LG and HTC, he specialized in technical support and customer experience—bringing a problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach to the forefront. At Procter & Gamble, he drove internal accessibility awareness and led the P&G Product Accessibility Project in collaboration with NaviLens, introducing smart packaging solutions that enable people with visual impairments to independently access product information.
Beyond accessibility, Mohamed holds solid expertise in sales and procurement, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and sourcing key materials such as polypropylene and MDPE.
His professional journey spans Egypt, the UAE, Turkey, South Korea, and India, where he lived, worked, and trained—gaining rich multicultural insights that fuel his adaptability, collaboration, and empathy. These global experiences have shaped his creative, inclusive approach to complex challenges.

Sally Fahmy is a certified Happiness & Wellbeing Coach, NLP Practitioner, and accomplished FMCG leader with over 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in HR, payments, governance, and logistics across multinational organizations.
Since experiencing a life-changing disability in 2010, Sally has brought extraordinary resilience and empathy to every role she’s held. As a three-time cancer survivor and caregiver, she deeply understands the personal and professional toll that illness, burnout, and caregiving can take. Her lived experiences fuel her passion for transforming workplaces into inclusive, compassionate environments where people—not just performance—come first.
Before transitioning into coaching, Sally held senior roles in fast-paced corporate environments, where she consistently delivered operational excellence and led people-centred initiatives. Today, she specializes in supporting individuals and organizations in building resilience, navigating chronic stress, and embedding wellbeing into daily work culture.
She is also a passionate advocate for disability inclusion, mental health awareness, and sustainable workplace transformation.
