With 25+ years of leadership in HR, Rania Abdalla is a recognized expert in human capital strategy across the MENA region. She previously held senior roles at PepsiCo in the UK, UAE, and Egypt, before founding Kestria UAE and Aspire HR Consultants.
Rania has worked with executives from hundreds of organizations globally, enabling transformation and growth. She is also the founder of the MentorHer Program, a platform helping women re-enter and thrive in the workforce.
